The move of the IT Help Center from CBA 119 to CBA 23 in August 2013 afforded a greatly expanded computer repair area. This new computer repair station allows 12 computers to be worked on simultaneously, a pronounced enhancement over the single computer workstation used until recently. 

This new work area has increased the turnaround time of most computer reimages from 14 days to about 4 days. And, a number of additional improvements under development are expected to increase computer repair turnaround time even further. Published: December 2, 2013
