The University of Nebraska–Lincoln College of Business Administration will hold a UNL GMAT Strategy Workshop on Saturday, June 1 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This workshop is designed for those interested in learning strategies and approaches for taking the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT). The GMAT measures verbal, mathematical and analytical writing skills for graduate admission.
Current MBA student Laviania Thandayithabani increased her official GMAT score by 80 points after dedicating more time to preparing for the test.
“I took the test during my final semester as an undergraduate student during a very busy time so I didn’t have adequate time to prepare. In order to improve my score, I took the time to study using a GMAT prep book and increased my score,” said Thandayithabani, who is from Kuantan, Pahang in Malaysia.
