Biography
Professor Zincenko's areas of expertise include econometrics and industrial organization. Among other articles, he published “Nonparametric estimation of first-price auctions with risk-averse bidders” and "Testing for risk-aversion in first-price sealed-bid auctions" in the Journal of Econometrics, as well as “Collusion and heterogeneity of firms” in the RAND Journal of Economics in 2017.
Zincenko received his Ph.D. in Economics from UCLA in 2013. Prior to joining the College of Business at UNL, he served as Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Pittsburgh, where he taught several undergraduate and graduate courses.
