This fall marks an exciting new era at Nebraska Business as we launch an innovative undergraduate business core curriculum for incoming first-year students. It's a bold step forward in how business education is delivered and experienced.
Designed to develop data-driven decision makers, empowered professionals, purposeful strategists and effective communicators, this new curriculum is more than a checklist of classes, it's a guided journey. Students begin in cohorts, building early connections through their first three business courses. Together, they explore College of Business majors, engage in their first business case competition, discover their strengths and begin charting their career paths with intention.
Signature experiences bookend the program: one to spark curiosity at the start and one to demonstrate mastery at the end. Along the way, students gain hands-on experience, corporate engagement and peer-to-peer mentorship—hallmarks of a Nebraska Business education.
