Business Week, known as B-Week, is an annual celebration of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln College of Business and its community. Sponsored by Union Pacific, the tradition began more than 100 years ago in 1921 as BizAd Day.
Today, B-Week features events organized by the Nebraska Business Student Advisory Board in collaboration with units throughout the college. Open to students, faculty and staff, this year’s events will take place Sept. 14-17 and provide opportunities for students to connect, have fun and learn about college resources.
“B-Week brings the college community together and gets students more involved in the College of Business. Events give students the opportunity to connect with peers, learn about professional and academic opportunities, discover available resources, and feel a stronger sense of belonging," said Student Advisory Board President Kara Mack, a senior finance and management major from Overland Park, Kansas.
