University and George Holmes Professor of Management Emeritus Fred Luthans and his family recently provided a generous pledge to establish the Luthans Family Doctoral Student Fellowship in Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Plavini Punyatoya, a marketing Ph.D. student at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, recently became the second Ph.D. student ever to receive a research grant from the University Sales Center Alliance (USCA). Punyatoya’s proposal, “Effective Time Management In Sales: When An Hour Is More Than Sixty Minutes,” earned the award for her ingenuity and exploration of the time management aspect of sales. » Full Article

Huskers who graduated virtually from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln during the COVID-19 pandemic were invited back to Lincoln this summer to cross the Pinnacle Bank Arena stage with August graduates.
