While the science of management has advanced in the past few years, the practice of management is largely unchanged from a generation ago. Gallup research finds that the quality of managers and team leaders is the single biggest factor in your organization's long-term success. The needs and desires of employees in the workplace have changed and it's our job as managers to be ready to lead well into the future. This session will help you explore your unique strengths as a manager and how to use them most effectively to create a performance-oriented culture of engagement for the teams you lead.

Throughout the program we will help you with:

  • An Understanding of Strengths-based development
  • Understanding your own strengths and how to apply them
  • Understanding and appreciating the Strengths of your team members
  • Applying a Strengths-based approach to leading and managing
