Part I: Rik Barrera - Understanding Project Challenges
Identify and overcome critical project challenges.
Part II: TBD - Using Data to Find Solutions and Make Decisions
Interpret project data and dashboards for strategic decision-making. Analyze the potential in alternative solutions to solve problems.

Day 2) Wednesday, April 6, 2017 – 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Part I: Mark Pogue - Understanding Team Strengths and Overcoming Your Leadership Blind Spots
Gain insight into how your leadership profile influences the success and failure of project teams that you are leading.
Part II: TBD - Driving Team Performance
Cultivate commitment and support from team members to drive project success.

Day 3) Thursday, April 7, 2017 – 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Part I: Sam Nelson - Understanding Change
Learn about the psychology of change and the barriers to success for organizations and project teams.
Part II: TBD - Leading Change in Organizations and Project Teams
Build a change strategy by understanding stakeholder perspectives and gaining buy-in.

Day 4) Friday, April 8, 2017 – 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Part I: Rik Barrera - It’s All about Relationships
Manage customer expectations and relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Build and manage relationships with internal groups.
