Alicia Steggs Buchanan is a Data Analyst in the Dean's Office at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Business. In her role,  she manages data systems and reporting that support strategic decision-making across the college. Alicia creates and maintains databases that provide continuous and snapshot data for leadership, develops classroom schedules for all College of Business courses, and produces analytical reports used by deans and department chairs to inform planning and resource allocation.

In addition to her anlaytical work, Alicia serves as the instructor for BSAD50, a computer applications course required of all business students, where she helps students strengthen their Microsoft 365 fluency.

Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, playing or watching sports, and coaching girls' soccer at a local high school (Lincoln Southeast) — combining her passion for teamwork, mentorship, and continuous learning both on and off the field.
