Dr. Samuel A. Nelson has served as director of the Center for Entrepreneurship since April 2015. He joined the College of Business in 2012 as an associate director of the Center for Entrepreneurship and assistant professor of practice in management.
He earned his Ph.D. in management from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 2011. His research interests include corporate persona, entrepreneurship education and psychological capital.
Nelson was integral in the design of the UNL entrepreneurship curriculum. His dissertation is titled “A Longitudinal Examination of the Relationship between Corporate Financial Performance and the Corporate Persona Revealed in the Annual Report.”
