Sheri Irwin-Gish is the Executive Director of Communications, Marketing and External Relations at the College of Business. An innovator, she has a demonstrated history of increasing engagement, support, rankings and enrollment while strengthening the brand reputation of the college and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Overseeing a talented team, she leads strategic communications, integrated marketing and external relations while collaborating with college and university partners and the extended Nebraska Business community to achieve the strategic goals of the college and the university.

A Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, she Wins Others Over (Woo) with her Communication, Ideation, Activator and Achiever talents. Earning an Executive Certificate in Leadership as a Diversity and Inclusion Ambassdor in 2021, she also completed both the College of Business Start Something Strengths Academy Leaders and Mentors programs in 2018. Taking the Gallup Accelerated Strengths Coaching Course in May 2019, she earned her first certification in July and her recertification in 2021.
