For over 20 years, I have held many roles to support, encourage and challenge others to become their best self. As a Therapist, Business Coach, Business Psychologist, Consultant & Teacher, my biggest accomplishments have been supporting people and organizations becoming their best. It also encourages me to practice a growth mentality and keep striving forward. When we are at our best self, we individually and positively impact our family, colleagues, friends and everybody else around us. A combination of my values, strengths, education and experience has helped other people and businesses get unstuck, increase motivation, accomplish a monumental goal, overcome an obstacle, have a breakthrough, or discover a new way.

This passion has led to the pursuit of multiple businesses, including my most recent venture as co-founder of FPPG. This niche business is dedicated to franchise organizations who are interested in high performing networks. FPPG trains people who support franchisees and builds franchisee peer performance group programs. This business has expanded to multiple countries and brands that we are proud to call clients!

Lastly, to impact budding entrepreneurs, I am proud to return to my alma mater, The University of Nebraska-Lincoln. The only way to create a world with more creative, risk-taking business owners is by supporting them in the early stages and nurturing their courage to take the first steps. That is my goal as an Assistant Professor of Practice for the Center for Entrepreneurship.
