Kendra Ritchie is the associate director of recruitment in enrollment management for the College of Business. In her role, she regularly meets with prospective students, organizes recruiting events, and advises the College of Business Ambassador program. Outside of work, Ritchie loves to bake, run, and volunteer at the F Street Rec Center.

Before joining the College of Business in the fall of 2019, she worked in undergraduate admissions and the College of Education at the University of South Dakota, undergraduate admissions at Nebraska, and spent time managing the internship program at Spreetail.

Ritchie earned her bachelor's degree in secondary education at the University of South Dakota.
