Kylie Penner is an Academic Advisor in the Business Advising and Student Engagement office. Her role is to assist students in planning their degrees, registering for classes, understanding degree requirements, and ensuring they are set up with the necessary resources to be successful in the College of Business. Prior to working in BASE, she was the Events and Projects Coordinator for the Jeffrey S. Raikes School of Computer Science and Management.

Kylie earned her Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from UNL in 2010 and worked as a high school teacher for five years before joining UNL as a staff member in 2015. In 2020, she earned her Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from UNL. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and baking, and spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys watching sports, mostly cheering for the Huskers and the Kansas City Chiefs. Her husband is a small business owner in Lincoln and they share two children together.
