Dr. Dennis Duchon earned his Ph.D. at the University of Houston. Before Nebraska, he served as a faculty member at the University of Cincinnati, University of Texas-San Antonio and the University of Tennessee. He has published widely on topics such as decision making, leadership, complexity and spirituality in the workplace. Duchon has taught courses in Management, Organizational Behavior and Strategy. He is currently serving as the Chair of the Department of Management in the College of Business Administration at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
