Cam joined the University of Nebraska doctoral program in 2016 to pursue a Ph.D. in strategic management. During this time he has had the opportunity to work as a research assistant, instructor for MNGT 301: Introduction to Management (and will teach MNGT 475: Business Policies and Strategies in the upcoming school year), and curriculum developer for CARMA's RMEP program. Cam has had the pleasure to work with scholars from all across the country, presenting his research at regional, national, and international conferences.
Cam currently conducts research in areas related to top management teams, CEOs, and boards of directors, and is working on his dissertation pertaining to personalities in the upper echelons.
