The Center for Entrepreneurship provides faculty advising to three Recognized Student Organizations (RSO’s). RSO’s are vital to student engagement as they provide a place for members to discuss relevant issues and gain a network of like-minded individuals.
Husker Franchise Club
The Husker Franchise Club is designed to give students hands-on opportunities to learn about franchising, connect with franchise owners and industry professionals, explore different franchise models and develop the skills needed to become successful business owners. Whether you are interested in eventually owning a franchise, working in the franchise industry or simply want to learn more about an alternative path to entrepreneurship, Husker Franchise Club welcomes students from all majors and backgrounds.
Husker Venture Fund (HVF)
The Husker Venture Fund gives University of Nebraska–Lincoln students hands-on investment experience while providing funding for Nebraska-based startups. Built by alumni and university supporters, the fund is managed by students under the supervision of the Center for Entrepreneurship, the University of Nebraska Foundation and Invest Nebraska. As a member, you will learn from founders, investors and ecosystem leaders, sharpen your investing skills on a real due diligence project, and dive into Nebraska's startup ecosystem and meet the people building it.

Women+ in Entrepreneurship
Women+ in Entrepreneurship is committed to empowering and supporting women and all underserved communities during their entrepreneurial journeys by creating opportunities for community, leadership, and collaboration. Through conversation, mentorship and skill-building workshops the group aims to create a safe-space for all female-identifying persons and members of the LGBTQ+ community in order to empower them as future business leaders of the world. The group also collaborates and shares events with the Center for Entrepreneurship, Pride in Business, and StartupsUNL.
