The center hosts a number of events that connect students and our corporate partners, challenge their sales skills, and celebrate their accomplishments. Students in the Certificate for Sales Excellence program also earn the opportunity to represent Nebraska at national and international sales competitions.
The tournament is held yearly in the Fall at a local golf course. Each semester, students enrolled in MRKT 357 practice and improve their sales skills by selling sponsorships and recruiting teams to play. These sponsorships help cover the costs of the tournament and support opportunities outside the classroom for students in the certificate program.
Sales students represent Nebraska in multiple national and international competitions, such as the International Collegiate Sales Competition and the Twin Cities Collegiate Sales Team Championship. View Past Competitors
