The shadow will start with an office tour and introductions to various team members. We will delve into a thorough examination of RentVision's hiring process, providing the student with insights into the decision-making behind our hiring practices. The student will have the chance to observe the backend systems and tools utilized for candidate selection, as well as witness any ongoing candidate evaluations. Beyond the hiring process, we will discuss RentVision's policies related to employee development, exploring the tools and resources available to our employees. Additional topics to be covered include Human Resource software and tools, a company overview, an internal operating system review, and any other areas of interest the student may have. The shadow experience will conclude with a paid lunch, providing an opportunity for the student to ask any remaining questions they may have. If the shadow is in the afternoon, lunch will be provided at the beginning, and there will be time at the end for any remaining questions.

Overview of Experience: During this shadow, the student will be able to shadow several members of our Client Success team. The CS team at RentVision is our client facing team and includes roles such as Strategic Advisor, Client Success Manager, Client Support, Client Onboarding, and Client Education. As a marketing-technology company, our Client Success team needs to be experts in digital marketing as well as our tech products. They not only answer our client’s questions, but advise them on how to better utilize our product offering. The shadow will start or end with a lunch with a few of the CS team members as well as the Senior People Development Manager. This is a time to get to know one another, answer questions, and learn more about the company as a whole. After lunch (or before if it is in the morning), the student will shadow several members of the CS team, getting a holistic picture of how our client facing team operates. It can be assumed that the student will walk away with a better understanding of digital marketing, client communication strategies, and conflict resolution tactics.
