Agribusiness Career Resources

Agribusiness encompasses the management, marketing and financing of food and fiber, getting it from the field to the table. Students who study agribusiness at Nebraska Business take a mix of courses in business and agriculture, which provide you with the decision-making framework of business and the technical  aspects of agriculture and food systems. This also prepares you for a career in the diverse, rapidly changing agribusiness industry.

Set Yourself Up To Succeed

  • Learn to solve problems creatively.
  • Be prepared to start in an entry-level management trainee program. 
  • Gain related experience through an internship.
  • Get involved in student organizations and take on a leadership role (executive board or committee).
