Scott Headley is a leadership partner at Gartner where he serves as a trusted advisor. He coaches, challenges and equips senior supply chain leaders. His main focus includes working in consumer products and retail.

Headley has nearly 30 years of progressive supply chain and leadership experience across consumer-packaged goods (CPG), e-commerce retail and high tech. He directed and implemented improvements within North America and across the globe, inclusive of extensive travel to the Far East and an ex-pat assignment in Costa Rica. His leadership includes various organizations across the end-to-end supply chain, specifically sales and operations planning, logistics (transportation and warehousing), customer supply chain (CPG/retail optimization), manufacturing/industrial engineering and program management office (PMO).

Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Headley earned his bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 1994, and his master’s degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University in 2004. He is married and has two children – all are graduates of the University of Nebraska, including one supply chain management graduate. He enjoys golfing, pickleball, traveling, reading, and attending Nebraska football and volleyball games, and is somewhat of a “foodie” as he enjoys experiencing different restaurants.
