During this half-day program, Dr. Elina Ibrayeva, associate professor of practice in management, explores various cross-cultural problems using both the classic framework of individualism vs. collectivism and the more recently used approach of “Culture Map”. The program is packed with interactive activities, cross cultural simulations, videos, and exercises which will allow participants not only to hear about, but truly experience multiple cultural differences. Participants will be asked to apply workshop concepts to real life business situations.
