Topics were developed in conjunction with College of Business faculty and some members of our leadership team here at Bryan. We came to the table with things that we would like to see, and they came to the table with content they already developed in other forms of executive education and leadership development for other businesses they could adapt to the medical profession and physicians. Before the curriculum started, we would meet with the faculty individually and provide certain case studies, scenarios or relevant examples so professors could incorporate and turn a topic with a health care spin to it. One of the faculty had put together a leadership academy for a healthcare provider in Atlanta. His experience really helped as much as anything else in terms of seeing what content worked.
