BSAD 71 - Language Form

Students must earn the equivalent of a minimum of 8 credit hours of foreign language credit. This credit may be earned in a variety of ways, as such, multiple FORM 71 submissions may be required.

• Option 1: Language Requirement - Students can complete at least 8 credit hours of language at UNL – FORM 71 is NOT required for this option.
• Option 2: English Option for International Students - International students may choose to take 8 hours of English courses beyond what is required for the College. Submit FORM 71 for course approved by the Director of International Business.
• Option 3: Global Immersion Course – Students participating in a College of Business Global Immersion program which has a non-credit bearing language course should complete FORM 71 for approval by the Director of International Business.
• Option 4: Transfer Credit in Language – Students who have taken foreign language courses at a domestic or international institution that they would like to transfer to the IBUS major should complete FORM 71 for approval by the Director of International Business.
