Allan Noddle, a paramount leader in the food distribution industry, worked and consulted in 28 countries on four continents in executive roles for Daymon Worldwide, Royal Ahold and Giant Foods. During Noddle's time with Ahold, he oversaw all of the Latin American and Asian companies and was the first American to serve on the Dutch corporation's executive board. Prior to that, he served as CEO of Ahold USA Support Services and president and CEO of Giant Foods in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. His career began with Hinky Dinky Supermarkets in 1965.
Noddle supports the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in many ways, including the International Business Select program, a cohort-based program that offers students a unique study abroad opportunity, professional mentorships and business development projects. He also serves as a trustee for the University of Nebraska Foundation. Noddle often volunteers his time speaking in classes and at events. In 2010, he was recognized as an Alumni Master by the College of Business and returned to campus to share his experience and knowledge with students. He serves on seven corporate boards and has served on numerous community boards, including Junior Achievement, the Better Business Bureau, Hershey Medical Center and the Jewish Community Center. He also received accolades as an inductee into Omaha Central High School's Hall of Fame and the Private Label Manufacturers Hall of Fame. Noddle earned his bachelor's in business administration from Nebraska in 1962, graduating cum laude. He also graduated with top honors from the U.S. Ordnance Officers Supply School and served as first lieutenant in the 24th Infantry Division.

Michael Dunlap serves as the executive chairman of Nelnet, as well as one of the founders of the company. In this capacity, he is involved in helping establish and implement the strategic direction of the company. He founded the company that would become Nelnet with Stephen Butterfield in 1996, and previously served as chairman and CEO (co-CEO with former Vice Chairman Butterfield 2003-07) from its inception.
Dunlap focuses his time on Nelnet’s key strategies of diversifying the company’s revenue stream, achieving superior economies of scale through successful operations of all business units, and attaining high-quality earnings. He serves in different leadership capacities for many organizations, including Union Bank & Trust Company, Union College, Vision 2015, Capital Casualty Company, Hudl, and the University of Nebraska–Lincoln College of Law and Business Advisory Board, among others. Dunlap earned his bachelor’s degree in accountancy and finance in 1986 and his juris doctorate in 1989, both from Nebraska.
Jack O’Holleran is CEO and co-founder of SKALE Labs, a company solving the blockchain scalability problem by facilitating processing between blockchains and decentralized applications. He is a veteran Silicon Valley technology entrepreneur with a vast background in machine learning/AI technologies and blockchain. A self-taught coder, he leads a team solving crypto’s scalability issues while securing the blockchain in a reliable, cost-effective and safe way.
He also serves as a strategic advisor for Aktana, which he co-founded in 2008. He helped Aktana grow from a four-person start-up to a leading SaaS sales and marketing analytics platform for Global Life Science companies. The company was named one of the “Top 100 Privately Held Software Companies” by JMP Securities. O’Holleran mentors and coaches startups in the Alchemist Accelerator in the San Francisco Bay Area. He also co-founded the Icarus Athletic Club, a club dedicated to health fitness and community. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 2005. He was a starting receiver for the Nebraska Cornhuskers Football team, a two-time varsity letterman and was twice awarded First-Team All Big 12 Honors.
