Taylor Lofdahl is the Clifton Strengths Program Coordinator of the Clifton Strengths Institute at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. As part of her role, Taylor manages the BSAD 111: Investing in Strengths course and assists with the development and certification of Student Strengths Coaches through the MNGT 451: Strengths Coaching, Theory and Practice course. Taylor is also a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and she enjoys engaging her CliftonStrengths knowledge through coaching sessions with students, facilitating workshops with faculty and staff, and assisting with course curriculum. Taylor's goal is to create an uplifting and engaging environment where others can identify, own, and apply their talents for success.
Outside of work, Taylor is pursuing her master's degree in Leadership Education at the University of Nebraska- Lincoln. She also enjoys drinking coffee, trying to cook, spending time with friends, and kickboxing at the local studio. Taylor can frequently be found singing her favorite songs, and she will always welcome an opportunity for connection through laughter and conversation.
