Biography
Taylor Lofdahl has worked for the Clifton Strengths Institute since the summer of 2018 when she joined the team as the Program Coordinator. Over the course of the following three years, she became a Gallup-certified coach and developed valuable skills in student support and development. Now, Taylor serves as the Assistant Director where she manages the BSAD 111: Investing in Strengths course and assists with the development and certification of Student Strengths Coaches through the MNGT 451: Strengths Coaching, Theory and Practice course.
Taylor enjoys putting knowledge into action through coaching sessions, workshop facilitation, and the development of course curriculum. In the last 3.5 years, she has completed 200+ coaching sessions and 300+ hours of workshop facilitation, impacting over 1,400 individuals. Additionally, she has managed BSAD 111 for 7 semesters and instructed MNGT 451 each spring since she joined the team. Her goal is to create an uplifting and engaging environment where others can identify, own, and apply their talents for success.
Outside of work, Taylor is pursuing her master's degree in Leadership Education at the University of Nebraska- Lincoln. You can also find Taylor spending time with her partner (Ian) and her cat (Finn) enjoying walks around town or visiting family in Omaha.
