Biography

Samantha Kennelly is the associate director of the Clifton Strengths Institute and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. She has worked with and impacted over 2,000 leaders, helping individuals and teams to increase performance, engagement, and well-being through maximizing their CliftonStrengths.

As an original team member of the Institute in 2015, she was involved with creating a first of its kind Strengths-based first­-year experience course, which has allowed over 3,000 students to discover their greatest potential for success. She has trained and developed more than 230 Student Strengths Coaches to coach students around maximizing their college experience and future career. Samantha also develops students with entrepreneurial and leadership potential in the Clifton Builders program. She fosters an environment to ensure that these students have an avenue to utilize innovation to develop new businesses, productive teams, and better communities.

Advanced Strengths Coaching/Manager Independent Study (MNGT 398):  Pactical, hands-on experiential course for advanced students strengths coaches to apply CliftonStrengths knowledge and coaching and managing techniques in the field.
