Career coaching started for me as an undergraduate serving as a peer career advisor, changing my public relations intended destiny. Before landing back into higher education, planned happenstance led me to a stint in consulting before currently serving as an Assistant Director for the College of Business Career Center at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Currently, I get to activate growth and promote resiliency when coaching professionals in reaching and expanding career goals that align with their priorities, strengths, and values.

With over 5 years of direct coaching experience, I have worked across three different career services centers as well as other functional areas in higher education leading projects in training and development with staff, faculty, and students. Currently, I specialize in career development curriculum, internship/job search strategies for business majors, and create materials to assist with all areas of professional development while considering current employers'' needs. I specifically teach a section of BSAD 222: Career Development & Planning, lead BSAD 333: Internship & Job Search Strategies, and co-lead the Business Career Center''s Peer Career Coaching Program that was recognized by the Career Leadership Collective as an Innovation Showcase Winner in 2019. No matter what my role is, I work diligently to ignite goals, create partnerships, and achieve results while keeping the momentum going with a unique energy.
