Izu Mbaraonye is a Ph.D. candidate in management at the College of Business at University of Nebraska-Lincoln. His research focuses on corporate political activities, corporate entrepreneurship, and social evaluations, with emphasis on the management of firms’ and firm leaders’ relationship with external stakeholders. Specifically, he studies the social evaluations of firms and firm leaders, how firms may manage their social evaluations, and the impact of such evaluations on firms and firm leaders. He also studies corporate political activities or firms’ efforts to influence their regulatory environment and how corporate political activities may impact firm outcomes.
