The monthly Survey of Nebraska Business gathers data on the expectations for sales and employment in a sample of 500 Nebraska businesses. In this session, Eric Thompson, Karl H. Nelson Professor of Economics, and the director of the Bureau of Business Research, will present the combined survey responses in recent months to examine how expectations vary between Nebraska's major industry groups such as construction, manufacturing, transportation, retail trade, finance, health care, and business services.
Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions and share their thoughts during the Q&A session.
