Event Description

Access to quality child care plays a key role in Nebraska’s prospects of ongoing economic stability and growth. Unfortunately, insufficient options for stable, reliable child care take a heavy toll on Nebraska’s families, employers and economy— nearly $745 million annually in direct losses. This webinar explains the sources of those losses.

Dr. David Rosenbaum, John T. & Mable M. Hay Professor of Economics and the chair of the economics department at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, will host this session. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions and share their thoughts during the Q&A session.

Please register to receive the webinar link and your online passcode. There is no cost for this webinar and the registration is open to the public. The last day for registration is October 14, 2020.
