Event Description

The College of Business will hold a GMAT Strategy Workshop on Saturday, September 30 from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. (Doors open at 7 a.m. and check-in begins at 7:30 a.m., continental breakfast provided.) This workshop is designed for those interested in learning strategies and approaches for taking the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT), which measures verbal, mathematical and analytical writing skills for graduate admission. The workshop will be held in Howard L. Hawks Hall CoB 202.

Stephanie Espy, founder and president of Math SP: Strategies and Problem-solving, will lead the GMAT Strategy Workshop using a facilitative approach to provide concepts and identify the correct method to solving problems. Stephanie is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (BS), University of California, Berkeley (MS) and the Goizueta Business School at Emory University (MBA). Her Atlanta-based company specializes in quantitative test prep and math subject tutoring. In addition to her extensive experience in academic coaching, Stephanie has conducted research for several Fortune 500 corporations in both the United States and Europe.
