On April 1, Professor of Marketing Dr. Dwayne Ball will be presented with the Robert Spires Award for service to the American Civil Liberties Union of Nebraska. Dr. Ball has been a member of the ACLU since 1970 and a board member in Nebraska for about a decade.
Dr. Ball mentioned that much of his motivation and dedication to the ACLU can be found in his favorite U.S. constitutional amendment -- the First Amendment -- which guarantees citizens freedom of speech among other rights.
