Dr. Scott Friend, assistant professor of marketing at UNL, will be attending the 2011 Global Sales Science Institute (GSSI) Conference in Milan, Italy from June 22-24. The conference will be co-hosted by the SDA Bocconi School of Management (Italy) and Indiana University.
The 2011 GSSI is dedicated to sales and sales management topics, including sales planning, sales force management, selling processes and techniques, sales performance evaluation, technology in sales, and sales strategy and intra-organizational sales. The GSSI Conference is an international conference, expected to attract academics and practitioners from America, Australia, Asia and Europe.
In addition to attending the conference, Professor Friend will be presenting co-authored research, entitled The Effects of Salesperson Mentoring on Multi-Faceted Job Satisfaction.
