Dr. Carlson Participates in 2012 Academy of Marketing Science Conference

Dr. Les Carlson, Nathan J. Gold distinguished professor of marketing at UNL, attended and participated in a session at the 2012 Academy of Marketing Science (AMS) Conference, May 16-19. The conference was held in New Orleans, La.

Carlson participated in the session, Managing the Customer Service Experience, as part of a group topic named, “Disservice: A Framework for Sources and Solutions."

Carlson came to the UNL College of Business Administration in 2008 from Clemson University. His expertise is in consumer behavior, consumer socialization, marketing communication and services marketing. Carlson received his Ph.D. in marketing from CBA.
