Dr. Glenn Williams earned his Ph.D. from the University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida, and his MBA from Rollins College in winter Park, Florida, and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from The University of South Carolina. Since he joined CBA in 2012, his teaching interests include corporate finance, investments, securities analysis, managerial economics and financial statement analysis. His research interests focus on executive compensation, fixed income markets and behavioral finance. Williams is also faculty advisor for the Big Red Investment Club.

Williams’ publications include “Drexel Burnham Lambert’s bankruptcy and the subsequent decline in underwriter fees,” Journal of Financial Economics.
