The Consortium for the Advancement of Research Methods and Analysis (CARMA) hosts its final round of webcasts on Friday, April 7, in CBA 24. The program kicks off at 11 a.m. central time with Dr. Keith Markus, professor of psychology in the John Jay College of Criminal Justice at The City University of New York, followed by Dr. Louis Tay, assistant professor of psychology in the College of Health and Human Sciences at Purdue University, presenting at 12:15 p.m.
Interested faculty and graduate students are encouraged to attend the webcast in person. Attendees should arrive 15 minutes early so the webcast can start promptly at 11 a.m.
Markus will discuss on testing causal hypotheses, followed by Tay presenting his work in construct validation.
CARMA is an interdisciplinary center housed at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln College of Business Administration devoted to helping faculty, graduate students and professionals around the world keep up-to-date on developments in various areas of social science research methods and data analysis.
