3-2-1 Quick Pitch Competition Brings Student Innovation to Light

UNL's Nebraska Center for Entrepreneurship recently held its annual 3-2-1 Quick Pitch competition. The event gives aspiring student entrepreneurs the opportunity to pitch an innovative business idea to a panel of community business leaders in a fast, fun, and competitive format. The five winners received checks for $1,000 each!

The winners of the competition were:

  • High School level: Madison Gifford, Lincoln's Entrepreneurship Focus Program
  • Two-Year College level: Ryan Cairns, Southeast Community College
  • Four-Year University level: Jason Kruse, UNL Raikes School
  • Four-Year University level: Kyle Powers, UNL Raikes School
  • Four-Year University level: Beth Barmetler, UNL
