The producer services industry – which includes businesses that provide services to other businesses, including information technology, engineering, and accounting – is the fastest growing source of high wage jobs in the United States economy.
Nebraska has many strong and growing producer services businesses, but typically lags the nation in the share of the economy in this high wage industry. This webinar will examine whether Nebraska has been closing the gap in the recent years.

Nelson Associate Professor of Economics, Director of the Nebraska Bureau of Business Research, Eric Thompson's research examines the sources and consequences of state and local economic growth and the economics of infrastructure.
