Eric Thompson, Karl H. Nelson Professor and Chair of Economics, and the director of the Nebraska Bureau of Business Research (BBR), examines how the concerns facing Nebraska businesses have changed over the last 4 years.
BBR has been surveying 500 Nebraska businesses each month since January 2012, asking owners and managers about their top business issue. In this webinar, Dr. Thompson tracks how issues such as inflation, labor availability, customer demand, Covid-19, taxes, regulation, and competition came to and fell from the forefront as economic conditions evolved.
